The Psychology Sisters

Hello!

We are back in your ears for the first episode of 2023 talking about the creeping cost of living and it's impact on our mental health.

Before we dive in to the episode we catch up on our holidays and discuss the launch of our brand spanking new e-course. We are so excited to bring this to our audience (more info in links below)

We know that mental health and money problems are often intricately linked.

When it comes to the cost of living in 2022, Australia is currently listed as the country with the 16th highest cost of living in the world.

Increase cost of living can create stress, leading to ongoing anxiety, lead to greater vulnerability to mood disorders, and promote the withdrawal from the things that actually help our mental wellbeing (such as socialising, hobbies, exercise, nutritionally dense foods, safety)

How can we help ourselves through this stressful time?

In this ep we deep dive into the emotional and psychological toll of the creeping cost of living and some ways which can help.

We would like to thank today's sponsors for making this episode possible.
