Jarrod has extensive international experience building businesses across Asia Pacific, negotiating multi-million-dollar enterprise deals, and engaging with key ASX stakeholders. As a Chartered Accountant, he focuses on data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating transparent, success-oriented team cultures.

He drives M&A initiatives from selection to integration, focusing on sustainable growth. Manuel has built strong finance teams across diverse jurisdictions throughout his career in public practice, aviation, and technology.
