Welcome. I'm Nid, a karma guide, and that means I support people through shifting their current life experience so that it can be more fun and enjoyable and they can dance in the play of life. In this video, we are going to be exploring what it is to have a perfect day. Often, this is treated as something to really inspire you to shift and move your life. And yet when we talk about specificity with intention creation, when we're looking at things like law of attraction work, it can be really easy to get caught up with like your dream holiday day rather than actually your living daily life. So I wanted to share with you my way of seeing and envisaging my perfect day, because this is something I shared with some friends and they were really surprised at some of the things that I include and how specific the way in which I'm specific. So I'm hoping that in this video, you can walk away with some shifts so that every day, you can say to someone who asks you how was your day? I've had a perfect day, it's been really beautiful and I'm so blessed with the day that I've had, which is pretty normally the response I say if someone asks me so what is it that I do? I would begin my day waking at dawn so that I could see the sunrise and just watch that beauty and the magic of the day unfolding. I would then take some time, maybe an hour and a half, to roll around on my fashion ball doing some purity, body release, doing some alchemy yoga, doing just movement, whatever movement it is that tunes me into my body and my energy and in that, how I'm physically feeling, how I'm emotionally feeling, how my mind is, and with that it's going to give me an opportunity to tune into what's going to support me best throughout my day, how I need to use my energy. And as I sit through my breakfast I might contemplate a reading or connect with my partner and just have a lovely conversation about the day and remember the things that I have to do today, that are in my diary and that I need to show up for. And in setting up that day of what's coming, you know I'm bringing through that energy that I've just had in my morning practices, in that meditation, in the movement practice, in my breathing practices, that is going to support me through those different activities and maybe I go straight into seeing a client or maybe I go for a walk and enjoy looking at the beach and staring at the clouds or people watch, whatever it is that my mood is. Maybe that's what I need in that morning.

Or maybe I jump straight on with a client in the morning and have a wonderful connection and experience with my clients and then I might take a coffee break, go and drink something I like maybe it's not coffee, maybe it's something else or maybe then I go for the walk after the client and just have some time connecting with nature. Maybe I do a second meditation, if that takes me, or a meeting someone, if that's part of the day and how it's unfolding. By the time I get to lunch I'm gonna, you know, probably have something I love that involves those green stuff, because I get really excited about greens and, again, probably really connecting with someone I enjoy spending time with. Or maybe I just want to eat on my own and then, as I digest my lunch, I'm probably going to have a session with another client, because I love having those sessions with my client. Or maybe at that point I'm going to do some creative admin and get doing some videos, do some writing, do some of the things I love to create, like recording a yoga, ninja practice, and then I might have an afternoon break, which is generally when my energy is best and that's when I like to do exercise. So that's when I'm going to go and do my Pilates workout or like, do something that's a little bit more invigorating, to use up some of my energy in my body. If I have that energy. If I don't have that energy in that day, I'm not going to do it. I might just go and have a nap on the beach and well, I'm not very good at napping, I will try and then from that I might have another session with a client and just you know, or maybe as a group class, just have that beautiful time connecting, really seeing the inspirational things that happen with their lives and their worlds. And then I'm going to have time for an evening sunset watch, enjoying maybe a drink and good company as I let the day rest and fall away. And, moving into the evening, I'll have some yummy, healthy dinner, probably with some sweet dessert, because I do love my sweets, and I'm going to then enjoy a bonfire and probably a nice hot tub underneath the stars, and at that moment I will know how magical things are, as I remember what a beautiful day I've had.

The key to how I have these perfect days is that I tune into how I feel and I respect my energy. And when I need the energy to show up for my clients, it rewards me by seeing the amazing things that they are shifting and moving through. Or I need the energy for my workout because I'm super like, buzzy and full of beans and I'm going to have the most fun exercise. Or maybe I'm going to have the most yummy rest and relax. Perhaps it's even a yoga nidra, but it's this real clarity and specificity about caring for my energy and using my energy in the best way that I can in that day. And that's what means that every day can be perfect and that every day can include my work, my business, because the creative aspect of what I love to share with you guys is a part of my day.

Connecting with people, being with my clients, is a part of my day, and, depending on what I need and maybe I probably forgot, like the three meditations I try to in my day in my description of what happens because it's a default place in which I rest, but it's because I use these tools to really be with my energy and to honor and respect what that is and that way then my day feels really perfect, and so I'm hoping that this gives you some guidance around the importance of checking in with your feeling state and respecting and honoring that, and when you really need to use the energy, use it and it will come back to you because you've made a choice, rather than feeling split and torn. So I'm going to invest my energy in this thing that normally, like, I could perceive as being like. Why am I putting it into that? Because I love it, because I want to have this connection, and therefore it's going to bring back to you so much of that energy that's going to nourish you and uplift you.

I'm amazed at the amount of times that I've not been feeling well or I'm in a really like solitude day and I have to show up for my clients and being with them and giving them my energy actually reactivates and re-energizes me, and that can be the thing that creates. The really perfect part of the day is that I've shown up and given my energy in this exchange. That is beautiful, and you can see the ripple effect of where I've really consciously placed my energy and how that feeds back to me and everyone else that I interact with on that day and how they can then take that into their day.
