A Raffety Family Hot Yoga Field Trip
It is a Hot Yoga Problems family special as Rob’s sister Jennifer joins him for a surprisingly demanding Core 2 class.
Jennifer offers an honest review of the experience, from complicated poses and an unfortunately scraped knee to the realization that walking regularly does not prepare the body for every possible form of exercise. Rob explains the different levels of yoga, celebrates his crow-pose abilities, and admits that his diet has not achieved the same level of discipline as his practice.
The siblings also review the class soundtrack, imagine a louder heavy-metal version of hot yoga, and praise a substitute instructor who finished class by fanning an essential-oil-infused towel over everyone. Naturally, Rob would prefer the room to smell like kettle corn.
It is a sweaty post-class conversation about fitness, siblings, aromatherapy, pizza, weather forecasts, and immediately undoing your progress at a winery.
