When you picture what it means to eat “healthy,” do you start to feel overwhelmed? As real estate professionals, we lead incredibly busy lives and long workdays. Although we’d all love if we could cook Pinterest-worthy healthy meals from scratch every single night, we don’t realistically have the time or energy for that. In this episode, I talk to Nina McGoff, who helps us demystify nutrition and plan around our busy schedules for as much satisfaction in our eating as possible.


Nina McGoff is a seasoned trainer, coach, and dedicated mother of two boys. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, including more than 8 years of training clients both in-person and online, Nina has honed her expertise to empower others to achieve their wellness goals. Nina’s passion lies in guiding busy women on their journey to feeling their absolute best.

  • Finding a balance between fresh, home-cooked meals and easy go-tos
