Our guest, Pelacore founder NATALIE PADVEEN, explains the importance of strengthening your pelvic floor to prevent incontinence, and gives us preventive exercises you can do right now at your desk that will help you. Natalie Padveen created an exercise system called Pelacore, which combines Pilates and Core exercise, works as a pelvic floor physical therapist and has also been a long time physical fitness trainer.
