Welcome to Meditation Drip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie Skon, and we are on day two of a 30-day one-minute meditation challenge. Be sure to subscribe so you don't miss a day and so you can revisit any of your favorites or start from day one. Today's mini meditation is a one-minute morning ritual. It includes three self-reflective questions with a bit of space in between each to connect with yourself, notice how you're feeling, to ask yourself what your needs are, and also we'll set you up for being present for special moments that are about to come your way in your day. I'm really excited to share this practice with you. So let's get comfortable and go into meditation. Good morning. Let's take a refreshing inhale in and let it all out. If you're able to softly close your eyes, begin to tune into the sensations within your body. How do you feel today? What do you need today? What is one special moment you're looking forward to being present within today? Take one more deep, refreshing breath in and out. Open your eyes. Today is a fresh start, a new beginning, and I hope you have a beautiful day. Thank you for meditating with me today.
