Welcome to Meditation Drip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie Skon, and today we're focusing on how to create a powerful transformation in your life. So we are on the verge of a brand new year, which is so exciting. And this moment offers a beautiful opportunity to get clear, focused, and intentional about what you want 2026 to look like and feel like. So a quick backstory before we begin and go into our meditation. So as you may or may not know, I work as a life and healing coach. But what that really means is that I get to support people in creating really meaningful transformation within themselves and within their lives. And this transformation can look many different ways. Physical transformation through focusing on health and wellness, emotional transformation such as healing past pain or trauma, navigating relationships or moving through major life transitions and even shifting or finding new careers. Transformation can also be psychological, where we are building positive mental health habits to navigate burnout, stress, anxiety, grief, and much more. But here's my point. Through working with these amazing people of all ages from all over the world, I've noticed something important. Those who successfully create real lasting transformation and change in their lives tend to share a few things in common. These people have clarity around what area of life they're ready to change. They're willing to be honest about where they are currently at in that area of life. They're ready to release and let go of what's getting in their way. They are willing to take aligned action and build new habits. And they have support. Someone or something that helps keep them accountable. So, how do you begin creating transformation for yourself? How do you enter 2026 really ready to own this extraordinary year? That's exactly what today's meditation is for. Whether you want to go into 2026, completing a project, crossing a finish line, building healthier relationships, improving your physical health, healing past hurt and pain, growing your business, or create any kind of shift that matters to you. So I will be guiding you through 10 self-reflective questions. Questions based on what I've seen truly work for people creating meaningful change. So go ahead, please start getting comfortable whether you are sitting up or lying down or on a drive or on a walk. This meditation can be done at home or on the go. If you'd like to write your answers or take extra time to reflect, just feel free to pause between the questions. Wherever you are sitting, walking, or even driving, take a slow deep breath in and out. If it feels safe, gently close your eyes. I'll be asking you a series of ten questions. Pause after each one as needed. What area of your life are you most ready to transform right now? In this part of your life, how do you want to feel? Take one more deep breath in and slowly let it out. By answering these questions, you've chosen a clear focus. You've acknowledged what needs to be released, you've identified supportive actions, you've aligned your mind and emotions with what's possible, and you've committed to a first step forward. And by choosing a support person or system, you dramatically increase the likelihood of making this transformation real. Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
