In this one-minute guided meditation, use ocean breathing and calming wave sounds to support emotional healing and relaxation. This mindfulness practice focuses on the sacral chakra, the energy center of emotional expression, helping you release emotional tension, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of calm. Welcome to Meditation Drip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie, and we're on day 10 of our 30-day one-minute meditation challenge. Today's practice is for emotional healing. Place your hands upon your lower abdomen. Inhale and exhale through your nose while softly making the sound of the waves with your breath. Guide your breath all the way to your lower belly, feeling it expand with your inhale, and release and relax with your exhale. Your lower abdomen, home of your sacral chakra, is your center of emotional expression. So as you continue with your ocean breathing, inhale with the intention of drawing in feelings of peace and calm and serenity. And as you exhale, release any emotions that feel stuck or that you're holding and are ready to let go of the practice with me today. Turn to it anytime you want to connect deeper to your emotions, when you are feeling overwhelmed and you need a reset, or when you want to savor a feeling that feels good. Sending you lots of love, come back tomorrow for day 11 of this challenge, and you can also find me and much more at healwildly.com.
