Setting Up For Emotional Healing

Today's practice is for emotional healing.

Ocean Breathing Instructions

SPEAKER_00

Place your hands upon your lower abdomen. Inhale and exhale through your nose while softly making the sound of the waves with your breath. Guide your breath all the way to your lower belly, feeling it expand with your inhale, and release and relax with your exhale.

Sacral Chakra And Emotions

Your lower abdomen, home of your sacral chakra, is your center of emotional expression.

Inhale Peace, Exhale Stuck Feelings

SPEAKER_00

So as you continue with your ocean breathing, inhale with the intention of drawing in feelings of peace and calm and serenity. And as you exhale, release any emotions that feel stuck or that you're holding and are ready to let go of the practice with me today.

When To Use This Practice

Turn to it anytime you want to connect deeper to your emotions, when you are feeling overwhelmed and you need a reset, or when you want to savor a feeling that feels good.
