SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to Meditation Drip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie Scan, and we are on day 14 of our 30-day one-minute meditation challenge. Today's winning meditation practice opens your crown chakra by inviting peace and stillness within. So your crown chakra is located at the top of your head, even hovering above it. In Sanskrit, it is named Sahas Rara, which translates to thousand-petaled lotus. The energy of your crown is deeply peaceful. It comes with an inner knowing and a feeling of connectedness with yourself and with the world around you. So let's go into meditation together to enjoy some peace and stillness as you connect to your crown chakra. Sit up tall if possible for this meditation. Relax your forehead, relax your jaw, rest your shoulders, and place your hands in your lap. Take a nice sweet breath and feel a peaceful, quiet, calm light and energy flowing through you. For the next minute or so, allow yourself to just receive the event. Carry this inner peace that you have just created with you today. Thank you for meditating and see you tomorrow for day 15 of this challenge. And don't forget to subscribe and find more at healwildly.com.
