Day 15: Find Forgiveness with Ho‘oponopono | 3-Day 1-Minute Meditation Practice
In Day 15 of Meditation Drip, Julie guides you through a powerful one-minute Ho‘oponopono meditation for forgiveness, emotional healing, and inner balance. This traditional Hawaiian practice uses four simple phrases: I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. This practice helps to release resentment, heal grief, and cultivate compassion and balance for yourself and others. A gentle, grounding meditation you can return to anytime you need peace and forgiveness.

Welcome to Meditation Drip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie, and we are on day 15 of our 30-day one-minute meditation challenge. I am very happy you are here today because we will be doing one of my all-time favorite healing practices. I will be guiding you through the words of the beautiful Hawaiian practice of Ho Pono Pono. As you will see, it is healing for so many purposes, from grief to frustrations to self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others. I can't wait to begin and share this with you, so let's go into meditation. Place one hand over your heart and the other on your abdomen. Start to connect to the sound and the sensation of your breath. Guide these words to yourself or to another, or just see where it takes you. And here we go. Feel free to say these phrases out loud or in your mind. I am sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. I am sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. Keep going for the next minute. I'll read with you one more time. I am sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. Sending you so much love today. If you're able to comment, please subscribe and find more at healwildly.com. Thank you and have a beautiful day.
