SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to Meditation Drip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie, and we are on day 19 of our 30-day one-minute meditation challenge. Today's practice is for my fellow pluvialphiles. So if you aren't familiar, a pluviophile is a lover of rain. We love the sounds, the smells, we love the feelings that the rain brings, and overall, everything about rain is just soothing and relaxing. So today we're going to take a break together and just enjoy listening to the sound of rain. For the next minute or longer, stop whatever you are doing, lie down if you can, close your eyes, soften your breathing, and just listen to the rain. Is there anything more you can do for yourself right now, today, or tomorrow, or this week that would add more coziness to how you feel? And if you would like to listen to the rain for a longer period of time, I've shared a link to my Spotify meditation playlist that has some beautiful rain and storm tracks. Thank you for taking this break with me today. I would love to hear your experience. And I'm curious if you are a rain lover like me. Have a beautiful day and don't forget to subscribe to my Heel Wildly Substack for much more. Sending you love and see you tomorrow.
