Day 26: Random Act of Kindness Meditation & Practice
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
This short guided meditation focuses on kindness, gratitude, and heart-centered awareness. In just one minute, you’ll slow your breathing, connect with someone meaningful in your life, and reflect on the qualities that make them special.
This meditation can be practiced anytime, anywhere, while walking, driving, resting, or beginning your day. As an added invitation, you’re encouraged to turn this practice into a random act of kindness by reaching out to the person you dedicated the meditation to and sharing your appreciation.
A simple, powerful reminder that kindness and gratitude create lasting impact.

SPEAKER_00Welcome back to Meditation Trip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie, and today is day 26 of our 30-day one-minute meditation challenge. Today is a really special practice that I'm excited to share with you because I think doing random acts of kindness go a really long way, and that is what we will be doing together today. This is a meditation that can be done anytime, anywhere, driving in your car, walking down the street, at home, in bed, wherever you are. So let's go in together. As you slow your breathing rhythm, maybe place a hand over your heart and one over your abdomen. Begin to think about someone special to you. Anyone at all. Maybe it's the first person that comes into your mind. Maybe it's someone you've known a long time, or maybe it's someone that you're just getting to know. Whoever this is for you, begin to imagine that they are sitting right in front of you. Start to connect to their energy, to who they are. For the next minute, spend this time thinking about what it is about them that makes them special to you. And then tell them a few specific qualities, characteristics that make them unique and that you are grateful for. Thank you for being here. I am grateful for you. Have a beautiful day, and I'll see you tomorrow.
