Welcome to Meditation Drip, your daily dose of mindfulness. This is Julie Scan, and today is day 29 of a 30-day one-minute meditation challenge. Today we are mindfully walking together. So if it's accessible to you, please stand up if you aren't already. And if you are, let's slow it down. Take a step very slowly. Feel the ground, the earth beneath your feet as you roll from your heels to your toes. Ease your breathing to match your footsteps. Gliding forward with each inhale, pausing for your exhales. Notice how it feels for your body to be in motion. Moving with ease, with a softness, with intention to be present. Tune into the sounds you hear around you. Perhaps noticing a sound you didn't hear before. Feel fresh air fill your lungs. Look around you. Pausing on something that adds light. Find something beautiful. Keep going as you are out and about today. Pause for the moment of beauty as your senses are alive when you mindfully move through your day. Lots of love. Thank you for being here.
