This week, I found myself thinking deeply about the people who show up quietly, consistently, and without needing anything in return. And it made me reflect on how much of what weighs us down isn’t physical at all — it’s emotional, and relational.
This episode is an invitation to look at relationships differently. Not through the lens of fixing, forcing, or holding on tighter — but through honesty, acceptance, and relief.
