Brandt Maybury

Brandt has had a successful career as a chef and food consultant in almost every sector of the food industry, from gastropubs and Michelin star restaurants, to 5 star hotels and French ski resorts. 

Brandt has worked with Green & Black's chocolate since 2013, developing new product ranges and recipes whilst serving as 'face of the brand' in all media comms and PR activations.
 
He is a regular judge for several food awards, including the Great Taste Awards, World Food Innovation Awards, Academy of Chocolate, and Soil Association's BOOM awards.

In 2017 he Co-founded Tastehead, the London-based food and beverage development agency.

Micah Carr-Hill

Micah is a food consultant and product developer to the food & beverage industry with over twenty years’ experience, specialising in premium products using his highly attuned tasting skills. Whilst he is a food scientist by qualification he has always worked as part of a marketing team. He also cut his teeth in the wine industry where he learnt how to taste, gaining a WSET diploma.

As Head of Taste at Green & Black’s chocolate he developed all products since 1999 to 2013. He also currently serves as Head of Taste for Cawston Press, the premium soft drinks company.

He has regularly appeared in national and international print and broadcast media. He also part-authored and edited Green & Black’s second recipe book, Ultimate.

In 2017 he Co-founded Tastehead, the London-based food and beverage development agency.
