Breaking free from scarcity isn't about willpower — it’s about healing the invisible codes you’ve inherited.
What feels like procrastination, self-sabotage, or “not being ready” is often ancient survival programming encoded in your nervous system. These aren’t mindset flaws — they’re protective patterns passed down from ancestors who faced persecution for their gifts, intuition, and visibility.
Scientific research on Holocaust survivors and Syrian refugees confirms what mystics have long known: trauma leaves chemical markers on genes that shape how future generations respond to expansion, safety, and success.
For many women called into healing, leadership, and entrepreneurship, this shows up as fear of being fully seen. For men, it's often a disconnection from their intuitive gifts, labeled as “too sensitive” or “too much.” Regardless of gender, your biology may still whisper:
“Stay small to stay safe.”
“Don’t outshine, don’t outgrow.”
This isn’t just about money. This is about your capacity to hold wealth, visibility, love, and joy without your body shutting down.
True prosperity requires nervous system safety — not just strategy. You’re not here to force expansion through pressure, but to embody wealth through regulation, presence, and soul alignment.
In this episode, we unpack:
- The hidden trauma blocking your wealth
- How ancestral programming creates invisible upper limits
- Why your nervous system still perceives success as a threat
- The 4 stages of wealth embodiment
- And how to finally rewire your system for safe, sustainable expansion
You are not behind. You are not broken.
You are carrying stories your soul came here to transmute.
And now, it’s safe to lay them down.
It’s time to return to remembrance, reclaim your wealth frequency, and rise into embodied leadership — for you and the generations to come.

There was a time in my life where I kept asking why am I doing all the work, I'm doing everything, but I still feel blocked and I still am not getting the results, even though I'm working so hard. Why does expansion feel unsafe? I started to notice these sensations that every time I wanted to expand, to grow, there was something inside of me that was self-sabotaging me and it was automatic. I just wanted to pretend it wasn't there. And why does receiving trigger fear? Why is it that I'm rejecting people's comments or what is this uncomfortable feeling? What I didn't realize then that I wasn't failing it was because I was carrying stories written long before I was even born.
Speaker 1:For so many of us, especially women or people that have been called into healing and leadership and maybe you're a wounded healer we carry ancestral stories that are not ours. To begin with, I remember moments, even as a child, where I felt like being seen was dangerous, like it's embarrassing. I call shame to myself. I always do things that are just no good. I used to love dancing as a small child, dancing in an Asian family, it could have been seen as something that wasn't appropriate. Where I was speaking too much, I was always a chatterbox or shining too bright, you got told off. It didn't feel safe, not because someone explicitly said to me no, you must shrink no one said that to me but because my nervous system carried inherited survival codes and also it was what they were doing. When I did express myself, that I realized that I was carrying this generational coding or programming, which was stay small to stay safe, don't outshine, and especially don't outshine. Visibility is dangerous, don't get seen.
Speaker 1:Eight generations, generations ago, some of your ancestors may have been like medicine women, maybe healers, maybe priestesses, and and they were persecuted for holding gifts that couldn't be controlled. So things like. They just had a gut instinct, they just knew what was right to do. They were being guided by the inner guidance system. 50,000 women were executed across Europe, during witch trials, for instance. Entire villages learned to fear feminine power, not just for women, but for men too. All these things that people say to men man up. Why are you being like a woman or why are you acting like a girl? All of this, what are we doing? We're rejecting that fear of feminine power, not just for women, but for men also. That history isn't just written in books, it's actually etched into your nervous system so you can read all the books you want, you can understand all the logic that you want, but what are you going to do about the DNA? It actually lives inside your DNA through epigenetic inheritance. This is where science has finally confirmed what intuitives or mystics or religions have always known and have been trying to teach us been trying to teach us.
Speaker 1:In studies of Holocaust survivors and Syrian refugees, researchers like Dr Rachel Yehunda found that trauma leaves a chemical marker on genes. It literally turns off on certain genes, so it's like a switch. So children and grandchildren of trauma survivors often inherit stress dysregulation. What that means is that you may, your grandparents or their great grandparents may have experienced incredible trauma and what that does for you is that in your day-to-day life, you may feel like you feel really dysregulated or you're reacting over the top. Even if you never directly experienced that original trauma, it's getting triggered in your day-to-day and you might not understand why it's happening, but it is happening. So if your ancestors were persecuted for their intuition or stepping into their power or following their own guidance, your body will still carry the coding of that visibility, or following your own power or following what you believe equals danger.
Speaker 1:Now why am I bringing this up? Because I want to share something with you. When I first started speaking about wealth, leadership, embodiment, just stepping into my own power and actually talking about toxic relationships and detoxing from them, I could actually feel like I was unsure of myself, not from lack of knowledge, but from this deep, ancient fear that I was breaking this invisible contract that if you're going to be seen, you're going to be attacked. People are going to attack you. Even as I built the business and created programs and served clients, it was always this undercurrent Like who might I be upsetting by shining or becoming more and expanding? And it wasn't logical, it was cellular. It's like this automatic response, without me even knowing. It's like sensations of feeling fear, feeling anxiety as I'm moving into something that's actually going to help me.
Speaker 1:Many of you are running the same type of program. Even if you're successful, you might be pricing yourself too low, overgiving to avoid judgment, or overgiving to avoid being abandoned, or feeling like you're not good enough or over giving because you feel like you need to help people. Fear of outgrowing your partner or family. Feeling guilt when you thrive, feeling this need to show people that you're a good person, even in small interactions, trying to get people to see that you're good, that you're a good human being just wanting to be seen. Maybe you feel burnt out, but you're still continuing. You work harder and harder and harder, and expansion still feels unsafe, to the point that you don't even want to go for your potential because it just feels like too much work. It feels tiring just even thinking about it. And it's not because you're incapable, it's because your nervous system still believes it's protecting you. So you can't get over that hurdle because it feels too much work. It is too much work. You can't overcome it. Now Gay Hendricks calls it an upper limit problem.
Speaker 1:I love this because you know a lot of people talk about glass ceiling, but this is true. You know a lot of people talk about glass ceiling, but this is true. This glass ceiling is happening all the time for so many of us, and it's not self-sabotage. It's actually a survival protection mechanism. It's there, set up to help you survive, to be able to live, to be able to live.
Speaker 1:If you have historical ancestral trauma, you may believe if I grow too big or if I'm seen, or if I step into and do what it is I believe I should do, I'll be isolated, I'll be hurt, I'll be harmed. If I succeed, they'll resent me or they'll take from me, or they'll harm me. It's dangerous to become too successful. If I shine, I'll lose love. If I do that podcast or if I do that YouTube channel, what if people reject me? So let's simplify this.
Speaker 1:There's really four ways to live wealth. You can be broke and scarce and live in that scarcity mindset where you've got no money, or you're living paycheck to paycheck. Basically, that is where you have no inner wealth. You don't know how worthy you are in the first place, so you're how it's being seen in your outer world. You can be broke on the outside, but you're rich inside, so you're learning, you're growing, you're building safety. Or you can be rich and scarce. How many people do you know that have money in the bank account but they are miserable inside? They live in scarcity, they live in fear all the time. They're always worried that everything is going to be taken away from me, and that is where ancestral trauma also shows up. Or they lose it all. Or there's the fourth way, which is you live in your rich and you feel abundant within, and this is where most of us are wanting to move to. We don't want to feel depleted inside, even though we're earning enough on the outside. We're like we're slaves to money, but we're just feeling so like our life isn't full of joy, full of happiness. We're not embodying wealth within us.
Speaker 1:What I also want to explain when we're looking at these four is that it's not just about money. It's also about your energy and frequency. Einstein says something incredible. He said everything is about vibration and frequency, and if you see the world through vibration and frequency, you can have anything you want. Everything is vibration and frequency and if you align to what that is that you want, you will have it.
Speaker 1:Real wealth isn't just about money. Real wealth is about knowing that you're worthy of having wealth of health, wealth of joy, wealth of experiences, being able to experience the sensations of feeling relief, feeling joy, feeling happy, feeling abundant. That's when we feel, inside and outside, that everything is fully aligned. You feel fully resourced, inside and outside, being able to receive, to expand, to hold, because that is what nature asks you to do. Look at any plant. They're always looking to grow, to expand. Is there anything bad in that? Is it unspiritual? Is that an unspiritual plant that wants to grow and expand and exceed and feel rich, have a rich soil to expand and grow more of.
Speaker 1:The truth of the matter is, whatever we are, money just leverages who we are in the first place. If you want to see more goodness in the world, and if you are a good person, become wealthy, become rich, become successful, because what you will do, you will leverage who you are and put that out into the world and make the world a better place. And here's the truth. Your mind cannot override a dysregulated nervous system. This is not just mindset stuff, positive thinking. Your body must feel safe to hold the frequency of well. When your body feels safe, money is neutral and visibility becomes. I am serving, I am expressing, I am just being me.
Speaker 1:Leadership becomes expansive, not like overbearing. It's actually helping everyone become more of who they are meant to be, to empower people to become who they are already, rather than having power over or telling or others. That's not what true leadership is. True leadership is when you can actually manage your own self within yourself, like you're the ceo of your nervous system, your emotions, not numbing them, not ignoring them, them, but hearing them, understanding them and taking all the data in and making and leading the whole of you into succeeding. Receiving, if receiving feels bad, actually receiving is actually should feel sacred. Receding is actually should feel sacred. Having what you want is like gratefulness. It's actually really understanding what it means to be grateful. It isn't a risk.
Speaker 1:The real work is that healing requires nervous system recalibration, ancestral clearing, visibility, repatterning. And ancestral clearing isn't just for you, is for the future generations as well. They're watching or they will be watching you and is so important for you to do that. Ancestral clearing, visibility, being able to be yourself, to be seen as you, to be you, and wealth structuring that really honours your capacity to hold more. This is the work that I do inside Prosperity Code. It's a programme Because when your nervous system and your soul align your body, your mind, your emotions then wealth moves from pressure to presence.
Speaker 1:You literally go from overworking, overgiving to really embodying what it means to be you because you align yourself so your spirit can express who it is with freedom.
Speaker 1:If you're done managing systems or symptoms, and if you're done managing symptoms of overwhelm, of overgiving, of exhaustion, and you are ready to truly break this scarcity programming and you're finally ready to embody generational wealth that feels safe inside your body and to really express who you are, then please do look into the resources and book in a one-to-one session with me.
Speaker 1:If you're ready to do that and you know you're worth it, then we can get you there where you can lead yourself and lead others to where you're meant to express yourself, to do what it is that you're meant to do moving forward and really embody and learn how to embody wealth from a soul level, because you're not broken, you're not behind, you're simply carrying stories. The truth of the matter is that you were born to transform, to transmute, and now it's safe to lay them down, sending you remembrance, resonance and radiant wealth. And now it's safe to lay them down. Sending you so much love, because we all want to move from fear to embodying love, where you love yourself enough to receive what it is that you want To feel good within yourself and to express who you truly are and to embody the wealth that is divinely yours. Sending you so so much love Till next time.
