Welcome. This is not a meditation, it is an activation. So take your time to allow yourself to step into a nervous system reset where science meets your soul and your system remembers that receiving is safe. If you've ever felt the need to push, ever felt the need to push, perform or prove to reach your next level, this is your permission to let that go for a moment and allow yourself to breathe into soul-led success and to remember you were always meant to rise through being you and there is no sacrifice needed that it is about allowing the best of you to come through, where everything is always working out for your highest good. Maybe you've carried the weight of others, expectations, the pressures to conform, to earn love, to earn acceptance, to validate your existence through effort. But deep within your soul, you know. You know you were never here to prove your worth and it is a calling, a catalyst for you to remember, to remember everything you are looking for is within you. You're a treasure. Just take some time to look within right now, to search for what wants to be seen by you, that is waiting for you to take a deep breath in and look within and see that every treasure that you need is within you and it's already yours. Everything is working for you so that you know you hold the key to that door and that you can open that door in the now, in your presence and through your presence. You are led to everything because you are more than a treasure and right now you are safe. You are safe to open that door and you are enough. You are born to receive what you want to live on earth and experience heaven. So take that key. Know there's nothing to fear. Only love awaits you on the other side of that door. And today you allow yourself to receive what is divinely yours. So allow yourself to open that door and picture this pure golden light. Picture this pure golden light like raindrops of shimmering beauty descend upon you wherever you go. You just glisten like gold. This is who you are. This is your life force energy, energy abundant and always available, so powerful. It is more valuable than anything that you could imagine.

Breathe and allow yourself to fully connect with the value and the worth that you are. Allow yourself to fully receive these golden raindrops. Allow yourself to fully absorb everything you want is available to you now you are safe. And imagine yourself grounding this in to the now. Now, this is your reality. Imagine a golden thread from your spine going into the earth, grounded, unshakable, unstoppable. This is your vehicle brake. This is your body's way of saying you are safe, you can slow down, you can breathe, because the polyvagal theory teaches us we cannot manifest or create from survival. Our capacity to receive is tied in, to feel safe within our body. And so now you breathe in your treasures, you breathe in prosperity, you breathe in love, you breathe in success and you notice yourself feeling safe. Breathe in love, you breathe in success and you notice yourself feeling safe. And now, today, you are rooting in and becoming successful. You are rooting in and allowing yourself to receive.

It is soul-led success that you are attracting to you right now. Everything you want you are allowing into your cells through your breath, absorbing it through your life force, energy. All good things are coming into your life. Right now you are absorbing good things in your life and life is good. And later you will find yourself and it feels good and everything is working out for me. And when things worry you, you say out loud everything is working out for my highest good and out of this situation only good will come.

I am safe. I am safe in my body. I am safe to receive. I am safe to have what is divinely mine, to have what is divinely mine. There is nothing I need to prove. Everything I've ever wanted is within me. Visualize every loop of overgiving or overdoing, just dissolving. Dissolving and cleansing by this life force of golden light. Let what is ready to be let go of fall like leaves from a golden tree on a beautiful rainy day. You are free now cleansed, free to be you. You are ready to take in this energy and create what you want, like a sponge, taking it all in. You're here to remember. You're encoded to feel good, to be the frequency and vibration of what you want. Just like Einstein once said, everything is energy and that is all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy, this is science. Yes, your subconscious mind was shaped before seven and maybe it learned to equate love with effort. So your nervous system got wired to associate hustle with safety. But your body, like nature, is leading its way back to rhythm, not burnout, because it knows the moment you feel safe. Your entire system can rewire and absorb what it wants by matching the frequency.

When a talented client came to me, she was stuck, frustrated, burnt out, always trying to do more. What she hadn't realized was that her exhaustion, a deeper awareness, had already bloomed. She was no longer chasing, proving or people pleasing. She was exhausted, and that meant she was ready for something different. She was ready for something different. Her thoughts were a failure because she couldn't do anymore, but in truth it was a great success. Through her inner work, she stopped running and she began to receive. She matched the frequency and unlocked her self-worth and her joy returned and she rediscovered her love for music. But this time she didn't force. She let it unfold step by step, like a flower opening in spring. She allowed the joy to bloom, the process to breathe, and now she is the flower in her work. There is no difference between her and the flower that blooms. So how could she not magnetize the working bees to her so they find peace in the music she offers? Yes, she has changed her life, but she emulated the flower that doesn't force itself to bloom overnight, but receives, opens lives, opens and trusts the rhythm of life.

You are worthy because you exist. That is all there is to it. No effort is required. All you need to do is allow yourself to bloom, allow yourself to receive. Like nature, you will bloom greater than you think is possible.

Receiving doesn't mean inaction. You follow your joy like a golden thread leading you the way home. You shift from force to frequency, from doing to being. Think of the ocean. It doesn't chase the shore. It rises, it falls, it returns in rhythm, not rush. The tide never questions its timing. The tide doesn't think about anyone else. It doesn't doubt the moon. It doesn't strive to be enough. It knows. It simply is. It knows you are already enough. Let life come to you like the waves, in rhythm. No panic, no dams can stop the ocean from being, and nothing can stop you from remembering who you are and not what others want you to be.
