In today's episode, Adrienne guides you through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice designed to help you welcome new seasons, new routines, and fresh habits into your life.

Yoga Nidra—often called yogic sleep—is a state of conscious relaxation that allows the body to rest deeply while your mind remains awake and aware. Unlike ordinary sleep, Yoga Nidra takes you through stages of awareness that calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and open space for clarity and renewal. Research shows that this practice can improve sleep, enhance creativity, and help integrate positive change into daily life.

Our theme for this practice is embracing new beginnings—whether that’s shifting into a new season, starting fresh routines, or letting go of old patterns that no longer serve you. Through body awareness, breath, intention-setting, and guided visualization, you’ll plant seeds of gratitude and self-care that can grow into lasting habits.

This practice is your invitation to rest, restore, and reset. Find a quiet space, lie down, and allow yourself to be guided. By the end, you may feel lighter, clearer, and more ready to step into new rhythms with intention.
