Healthy food habits after 40

One of the most frequent comments I hear from my clients and other women in midlife is

"I should be cooking more at home (aka from scratch). I know I'd be healthier if I didn't use Door Dash, Uber Eats, or the local deli counter so much. I just don't have time!"

After further exploring, what they're often saying is,

"I feel like I'm being lazy like I should be doing more for my family's health - for my health."
