Where do I begin? This was such a joy to dive so deep into the mind of Ashley. She has so much substance and her opinions and perspectives are refreshing and relatable. We spent the first 45 minutes just chatting and sharing back and forth a lot about the meaning and discovery behind what made her her and me me, and the “interview” doesn’t really start until after that. 🙃 Felt like coffee with a friend and I loved the connection. 🥰
In this episode, Ashley speaks openly and in depth about life, death, her husbands former heroin addiction, relationships, family, self care, being a woman in todays world, social media, bodybuilding, performance enhancing drugs, and more.
Ashley’s story is unique and amazing just like her. It could be yours, it could be mine, and yet, it’s all hers—if that makes sense. If you don’t love her already, you will after this.
