There’s one particular question that can be hugely helpful for us Highly Sensitive types … and in this episode of SelfKind with Erica Webb (that’s me!), I’m sharing that question and what the responses to it might look like. 

This question - what would honouring my sensitivity look like right now - helps to frame your sensitivity as something that can be embraced and respected (which, I would argue, it definitely should be!). 

Being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) can no doubt be challenging. That doesn’t mean, however, that it’s doom and gloom. With those challenges come a whole lot of amazing possibilities - when we’re generous enough with ourselves to honour our sensitivity.
