Let's face it, there are always a million and one things you could do in a day, so how do you prioritise in a way that is kind to your sensitivity and helps you avoid overwhelm at 7:01am? 

I'm sharing a few tips, including getting honest about your capacity and what's really a 'should' rather than a true priority, and so much more.
