Episode 39:"I thought you were going to teach me how to diet. But what I got was so much better!" Interview with Client Jamie
I had the great privilege of interviewing my now previous coaching client Jamie.
I LOVE these conversations because before I interview any previous client(or current) I look back over all of their notes and read through their wins, setbacks, and see where they are today.
Jamie came to me hoping I would teach her how to successfully diet! ha!
Her words, not mine!
She even had us book our call on Thursdays because that's usually when "she lost all control".
Within a couple of months, Jamie said, "the food was really a nonissue in my life."
In this episode, Jamie shares how after the first call she thought, "I don't think this is what I signed up for!" what shifted and how after 2 months her food was a non-issue.
She talks about the fear she had around starting this work, what the process was really like for her, and the other areas of her life that have benefitted now that she isn't consumed by food and weight.
