THE most important relationship you will ever have.
However, you forget that. 
When you are working on your goals, wanting better, to do more, feel happier, you forget about you.
You forget that your brain and your body are on the same team.
You try and reach your goals with more pressure, more rules, more hate,  pushing through the discomfort, and showing up no matter what.

Then you wonder why you feel awful. Why you are exhausted. Why your body isn't responding the way you thought. Why what you want isn't happening or if it is, why you still feel horrible despite achieving the thing that was supposed to solve it all.

In this episode, I talk about the relationship with YOU.

I see countless women trying to achieve their goals through hating themselves.
Trying to hate themselves thin and wonder why their body isn't shrinking.
Trying to hate themselves happy and wonder why they feel so stressed.
Trying to hate themselves successful and wonder why they are so exhausted.
