Coaching Your Family Relationships: Help for Parents of Adult Children
Coaching Your Family Relationships: Help for Parents of Adult Children is a podcast for parents who want a healthier, more connected relationship with their adult children, especially when that relationship has become strained, distant, or difficult.
Hosted by Tina Gosney, Family Conflict Coach and Parent Educator, the podcast takes a whole-family approach to parent-adult child relationships. Rather than focusing only on what your adult child is doing, Tina helps you understand the larger relationship system: the patterns, emotional reactions, expectations, communication habits, nervous system responses, and family dynamics that influence how everyone shows up.
Each episode brings family science out of the textbook and into real life, helping parents understand not only what is happening in their relationships, but why it is happening and what they can do differently.
Whether your adult child has become distant, set boundaries you don’t understand, stopped communicating, or your relationship simply isn’t what you hoped it would be, this podcast will help you look at the entire relationship differently.
Because changing a family relationship doesn’t always require everyone to change. Sometimes, changing the way you participate in the relationship can change the entire system.
