In this guided meditation, Nid offers a simple yet powerful practice to support you in returning to a grounded place within your body - a steady sense of inner safety that remains available even in moments of fear, overwhelm, or uncertainty.

Rather than trying to remove or bypass fear, this practice invites a different way of relating to it. Through grounding, visualisation, and embodied awareness, you are guided to reconnect with your inner resources and cultivate a felt sense of steadiness you can return to at any time.

This is a practice you can revisit regularly to support your nervous system, deepen embodied awareness, and strengthen your capacity to stay present through life’s changes.

Over time, this becomes less of a practice and more of a natural return to yourself
- again and again, in the midst of life.
