Adele Vincent

Adele has a PhD in neuroscience, multiple yoga qualifications and is an author. Her first children’s yoga storybook, Butterflies Be Gone, is for overcoming fear and anxiety. It’s co-authored by Loraine Rushton of Zenergy Yoga. Their second yoga storybook, Shout It Out, for emotional expression and resilience, is currently with the publisher.

Adele teaches Ryoho Yoga, Krishnamacharya Hatha, Satyananda Hatha and children’s yoga therapy. Adele has taught in studios, kindergartens, schools, childcare centres, the corporate sector, community classes, online and outside. She loves adapting yoga to suit people of all ages, from babies to seniors. 


Nothing moves her quite as much as seeing the light shining in people’s eyes when yoga brings them back in touch with their own heart.

Amanda Butler

Amanda Butler is an artist, mystic, poet and coach living on the southern tip of Vancouver Island in British Columbia.  Raised by atheists, she conflated spirituality and religion and spent a great deal of her childhood deeply confused about the intuitive gifts that she carried.  However now that she is in her 40s she has fully awakened to the divine that is inside her and knows that these gifts are just what the world needs at this time of great change.

Amy Pickett-Williams

Amy Pickett-Williams is a seasoned psychotherapist with over 25 years of expertise in grief and loss. Her career began in oncology and pediatric care, where she provided compassionate support to patients and families navigating the challenges of illness and death. As she transitioned into community mental health, Amy broadened her focus to address various forms of loss—ranging from death and illness to relationship and identity changes, financial struggles, loss of sense of safety/peace, and more. This holistic approach led her to open her private practice, where she integrates somatic tools and therapies inspired by her study of yoga.

Amy founded The LIGHT Movement a non-profit that has reached close to 5000 people through donation-based events with a mission to make somatic healing accessible to all people, helping individuals integrate their grief, rediscover purpose, and grow through their experiences.

Jemima Godsall

Jemima Godsall is a Clarity Breathwork practitioner and Pilates Instructor, encouraging people from around the world to heal through the power of their own breath. 

Jemima is a recovered addict to opiates and meth for over 30 years and also survived 15 years of domestic abuse. Now 5 years deep into her recovery, she is on a huge journey of healing and awakening, and discovering healing tools such as breathwork has helped save her life.

After surviving her suicide attempt in 2019 and being re-awakened to the gift of her survival, of being alive, she started her healing journey with Clarity Breathwork. Discovering a healing tool that came from within her was a huge turning point of her recovery. Jemima recognized that she had the medicine of healing within her, her breath.

She is  on a mission to help as many people along the way discover that they themselves hold the key to their own healing.
